NTEU Negotiates successfully for pay raises in 2012 and 2013
Addendum to the FDIC-NTEU 2010-2013 Compensation Agreement
3.4% is the total funding.
If you use the KC pay pool ratings distribution from 2010 it goes like
this.
Group V 21% times 6 shares =

Group IV 35% times 5 shares =

Group III 43% times 4 shares =

Then 3.4% times 100 equals 340
(pay pool)
340/475 = 0.7158 (the value of
1 share)
Group V gets 6 shares at
0.7158 or 4.29%
Group IV gets 5 shares at
0.7158 or 3.58%
Group III gets 4 shares at
0.7158 or 2.86%
Group II gets 2 shares at
0.7158 or 1.43%
We also funded Locality Pay at
0.60% which equates to RUS getting an extra .51% so Locality Pays goes
from 4.20% to 4.71%.
